American Gravy is a cooking show like no other. Join host celebrity Chef Andrew Gruel and his lovely cohost, wife Lauren, as they create meals that are heavy on nutrition and light on prep time and cost.
Americans are sick and much of that is directly related to what we eat. Andrew has long distinguished himself as not only one of the world’s premiere chefs, but as a staunch advocate of health and prevention through diet, food security, and food freedom.
Every episode and ‘short’ of American Gravy is a teaching tool and an eye-opener. Viewers will learn how to make the most of the best ingredients – wasting nothing – and how to understand why getting access to good food is challenging.
