WHERE’S JOE? Biden Skips Town While Del Rio Mayor Begs for Help With Bridge Crisis

When the chips are down, President Biden pivots to what he does best: skipping town.

With 10,000 immigrants camped under the international bridge in Del Rio, Texas, Democrat Mayor Bruno Lozano is desperately trying to get the attention of the Biden administration, even using Twitter to try and flag the POTUS.

“Good evening from Del Río, TX. 10,503 (as of 6:45pm, September 16, 2021) migrants under the Del Río International Bridge. This morning we started at 8,200. President Biden, have you been briefed on the ongoing crisis yet? @POTUS @VP @WhiteHouse @DHSgov @cnnbrk @FoxNews @ABC,” Mayor Lozano tweeted.

“President Biden, for reference, 10,503 people is inching close to 1/3 of the population of Del Rio, Texas. @POTUS @VP @DHSgov @FoxNews @GregAbbott_TX @cnnbrk @ABC @NBCNews @CBSNews.”

Lozano also tweeted a video update.

Reports say Biden is off to Delaware for a long weekend.

Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) says the bridge encampment is the “most horrific thing” he’s ever seen.

“There are 10,503 people under that bridge. It is packed-in as a mass of humanity…they take your breath away because it just goes on and on and on, infants, little children, people, people struggling enormously…”
