President Biden continued to baffle millions of Americans in Kentucky Monday, when he asked permission to “say something” during his own press conference.
“May I say something?” asked Biden.
“You’re the President,” fired-back Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear.
“I still have to ask permission,” explained the Chief Executive.
