‘SEE YOU IN COURT’: After Biden’s Latest Vax Mandate, GOP Govs Are Getting Ready for a Revolt

That didn’t take long.

Shortly after President Biden announced mandatory vaccinations or tests for businesses with 100 people or more, a group of GOP governors announced they would challenge the order.

“This is not about freedom, or personal choice,” Biden said about the new mandates. “It’s about protecting yourself and those around you — the people you work with, the people you care about, the people you love … We cannot allow these actions to stand in the way of protecting the large majority of Americans who have done their part, who want to get back to life as normal.”

Georgia Governor Brian Kemp responded on Twitter saying, “I will pursue every legal option available to the state of Georgia to stop this blatantly unlawful overreach by the Biden administration.”

Arizona Governor Doug Ducey says Biden is taking a “dictatorial approach” and it’s “wrong” and “un-American.”

Texas Governor Greg Abbott tweeted the following statement: “Biden’s vaccine mandate is an assault on private businesses. I issued an Executive Order protecting Texans’ right to choose whether they get the COVID vaccine & added it to the special session agenda.Texas is already working to halt this power grab.”

Governor of South Dakota Kristi Noem said, “South Dakota will stand up to defend freedom. @JoeBiden see you in court.”

The Labor Department will be in charge of enforcing the mandate and fining the businesses that don’t comply.
