By The FirstCalifornia Governor Gavin Newsom vowed to provide free healthcare to everyone residing in the Golden State “regardless of immigration status.”
“CA raised the minimum wage. We increased paid sick leave. Provided more paid family leave. Expanded child care. And this year, we will be the first state to provide health for all, regardless of immigration status. That’s the California Way,” posted Newsom on Twitter.
Newsom easily overcame a statewide recall in recent months after millions signed a petition to remove the far-left Democrat.
